A Quick Introduction and Test.

This whole thing is new to me so please forgive me for it's basic look.

I need to test a few things so here goes nothing.

I'm going to check how images work with text here. I want to add a dramatic picture of a hand reaching above the water in the middle of the ocean. It's quite intense to say the least.

As you can see the hand looks as if the person it's attached to isn't having all that much fun. Hopefully they does okay...

I'm sure they will be!



Wait, what's that? I'm sorry I couldn't hear you at first, but YES I will tell you what my blog is going to be about.

So basically, I was recently diagnosed with a mental health disorder that strongly impacts my life. It's not really an uncommon one, but it's life long and will make my life much more difficult. It's already permanently affecting my career and I'm sure it will do more.

This lead me to want to make this blog! I wanted to make a blog to do three things. One, I wanted to help get my thoughts out of my head so they don't stay trapped up in my mind forever. Two, I love the idea of helping others, even if it's at my own disadvantage. So the least I could do was make a blog to let others know they're not alone and that someone is struggling the same way they are too. Finally, I want to make this blog to help consolidate tips and tricks I have for others that suffer from mental health disorders and impairments. Maybe someday you'll find yourself on my blog and find the answer to a long lost question or get solace in my words by finding out your not alone. That's my hope at least.
